While we will try to use your primary method when possible, but we do need to send many of the detailed communications through email so it's easier to understand and for compliance purposes.
While we always try to include all applicants on all communications, some of our automated emails can only be sent to 1 person. We want to know who the primary contact person is, in case it's different than yourself.
What is the maximum you want to pay when you add up your Mortgage Payment, Property Taxes, Heat, Water, and Property Insurance? These are all costs associated with home ownership that we will need to consider.
Are you planning on having children or getting married?
This could be for a rental, cottage, or perhaps you're thinking about downsizing.
Are you going into a new line of work, going back to school, or thinking about switching to self-employed?
This could be large child costs such as university, recreational vehicles, pools, etc.
Would you feel comfortable having a mortgage during retirement? If not, then select YES.
Which bank(s) do you have chequing/savings accounts with?
